EchoVista is pleased to announce the appointment of Alberto Arturo Zetina Vélez (“Arturo”) as the company’s Country Manager – Mexico, effective May 25, 2026.
Arturo brings more than 30 years of international industry experience spanning telecommunications, defense, national security, public safety, and critical infrastructure development. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held senior leadership positions with globally recognized organizations, including Ericsson, SAAB AB Group, Huawei, and ASSA ABLOY Critical Infrastructure Solutions.
Over the years, Arturo has led and contributed to numerous major projects across Mexico, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region, covering strategic business development, government relations, defense systems, and telecommunications infrastructure. He has accumulated extensive experience in advanced radar systems, early warning systems, national security solutions, and large-scale critical infrastructure projects, successfully driving the implementation of projects valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.
Arturo is widely recognized for his expertise in telecommunications policy, regulatory affairs, and critical infrastructure development. He has maintained long-standing collaborations with government agencies, defense organizations, and international institutions, including the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission (CITEL).
This appointment represents an important step in EchoVista’s global growth strategy. With Arturo’s extensive industry knowledge, outstanding leadership capabilities, and strong local network, EchoVista is well-positioned to further strengthen its presence in Mexico and Latin America, while deepening partnerships with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and customers throughout the region.
